Prawn is cooked with butter in coconut oil and for tandoori chicken little salted butter is used.
Ingredients used: Fresh curd, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Ginger-garlic paste, Kashmiri mirch powder, Turmeric powder, Mint leaves., Salt as per taste.. Lemon juice and food color for marinating the chicken pieces.
For prawns: Heat the pan and add coconut oil then Mustard seed, Green chili, Onions, Ginger-garlic paste, Tomatoes, Salt as per taste and Coriander leaves….Recipe by : Swasti Gupta
